The Farmhouse stands in private walled grounds and the farmland extends to four acres. Inside the gated entrance is the sun terrace, furnished with loungers, tables and umbrellas, providing ample room for sunbathing or relaxing over an evening drink.  

The accommodation consists of six vivendas (small homes), each entirely individual in character.
