Large, airy two bed duplex apartment with a total of 140sqm over two floors.        
Sleeps 6-8.  Two twin double bedrooms (one ensuite with shower) with fitted wardrobes.  Both bedrooms open out onto patio area.  Main bathroom also downstairs with bath and overhead shower and bidet.  Bunk beds in alcove.  Upstairs a large open living and dining area with dining table and 6 chairs, fireplace with cushioned seating and a bed settee. Also upstairs separate WC. Cable TV, DVD and Hi-Fi system.  Kitchen fitted with gas oven and hob, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and juicer.  Washing machine also available, iron and ironing board. Living area opens onto two balconies with garden furniture for dining outdoors.  Also bbq available.

Cots and high chairs available for minimal fee of 25 euro per week and also welcome pack for 25 euro (handy if you arrive late.)

Linen changed once a week and towels mid-week.  Please bring your own towels for pool and beach.
We also request that smoking be restricted to balconies.  No pets allowed.

Apartment is just minutes walk from one of three superb pool complexes and pool can be seen from balconies.  Also excellent poolside bar and restaurant with full A la Carte evening menu, Sunday Roast Dinner, lunches and full breakfast.  A weekly BBQ is held in peak season.

A courtesy bus runs into Albufeira and beach 4 times daily and taxis in the evening cost less than 5 euro. The reception has internet access, ATM and phones.  The friendly staff at reception will also book day trips to local attractions such as Slide and Splash, Zoomarine etc. and other excursions (fishing, golfing, boat trips etc.)

Club Albufeira is a popular, well sought after complex nestled in it's own magnificent landscaped gardens. Just 5 minutes drive from the old town of Albufeira and Fisherman's beach it is the ideal location for those looking for a holiday with all the necessary facilities and attractions nearby yet away from the hustle and bustle.

Only a 5 minute drive away is Algarve Shopping Centre which has something for everyone including bowling, cinemas, lots of restaurants and of course plenty of shops.

For the golfing enthusiast, the Algarve offers some of the best courses in Europe and within easy access of Club Albufeira. Special Green Fees available - enquire at reception.

Other local activities include cycling, fishing, horse riding, sailing, tennis, water sports, walking.

Guests of Club Albufeira can also avail of the facilities of Camping Albufeira which is just across the road via footbridge.  These include small supermarket with fresh bread, newsagents, gift shop, laundry, tennis, children's play area and evening entertainment such as disco, bbq, karaoke and quiz nights.

Car hire can also be arranged and cars can be picked up at airport or reception.  For those not wishing to drive we can arrange for airport transfer. Costs for this from 45 euro each way.

20% deposit on booking. Balance plus £100/€150 deposit cheque against any damage/breakages payable 8 weeks before arrival. Deposit cheque returned within 14 days of departure. Normally Saturday arrival but we can be flexible.
