Holiday Rental Apartment in Armação de Pêra sleeps 4 just 250 meters from the beach - facing the sea and only 15 minutes from Albufeira.  Garage + free access to swimming pool+ bed linen + towels + cleaning of the apt. twice per week. Just in front to a English bar& restaurant. Sleeps 4 adults:bedroom, large living room with 2 beds for single Wc: shower + bath tub. kitchen fully equipped.  Balcony with chairs and table. Balcony bars have a protection to avoid kids to put their hands. High chair,bath tub and toys for kids. There is no stairs to get to the flat. Two lifts ato make th acces easier to the flat.  Agreement with agency (100 mts from apt.)who welcomes the clients and centralizes all the bookings and file reservations as well as issuing and sending confirmation of the reservation.Transfer from/to airport and car hire can be provided on reservation request.
We treasure all details to make our clients feeling welcome and comfortable in our home. We feel very pleased when a clients returns to our apartment, they become our Family too! :))   Do feel well to come to Portugal!

All one minute from apartment by foot (possible to see it from the window): swimming pools, bakery,  restaurants,  gymnasium, supermarket...  
In the area just by foot:  banks,  pharmacy,  post office, laundry,veggies market...
15 minutes by car:  Zoomarine,  shopping Algarve Center, Golf, Aqua fun centers, horse riding, biking, fishing, coffees and restaurants with lovely terraces by the sea.  Do try the portuguese grill fish and salad!

Prices per week includes cleaning of the apartment twice per week + w.c. towels + bed linen + free access to the swimming pool (English organization).

1st june - 30 june: 285 euros
1st july - 14 july: 349 euros
15th july- 31 august: 527 euros
1st sept - 08 septem: 385 euros
09 sept  - 30 septem: 210 euros
1st oct  - 31 octobe: 165 euros
1st nov  - 31 decemb: 165 euros

From 1st nov till 31st mars: additional for eletricity costs - 0.12 cent /kilowatt - you just pay the units that you pay
special prices for long stay - specially during winter and spring time,  do contact me.

To confirm a reservation a payment of 30% has to be made.
