This stunning five bedroom villa with pool sits in Olhos de Agua close to Albufeira. Set amongst a small group of chic villas, guests staying here will enjoy beautiful scenery, a pleasant environment and superb crystal clear water for swimming in.

Guests drive down into the property where car parking is situated behind the villa and guests enter the property by descending a staircase into the garden area and through the main door. This opens out into an attractively decorated open plan well equipped kitchen diner (seating up to 12 persons) lounge area where modern design has been carefully combined with traditional villa style to create a very inviting and attractive living space. This style is carried through the rest of the villa where also on this level guests will find one twin room, one double room and a separate shower room as well as patio doors leading out onto the ground floor sea facing terrace.

The first floor offers guests a similar layout to the ground floor and features two double bedrooms, a separate shower room, a smaller kitchen area with sink, counter and fridge leading into an open plan diner/lounge area with doors opening out onto an upper ocean facing balcony.

The second floor consists of the entire attic area where there is a double bed, a sofa bed for two, a separate bathroom and a large picture window offering guests a wonderful view of the ocean.

Within the garden, guests will be able to relax by the pool with its surrounding terrace shaded with sails. Outside dining is available near the BBQ quarter situated at the side of the villa.  The villa is without doubt an ideal property for a family or group of friends to experience a wonderful holiday.

Vilamoura with its extensive golf and marina and the lively nightlife of Albufeira/Oura are only a 10-minute drive away. There are many sights and activities waiting for you in the Algarve.

Low season prices start at 900 GBP up to a maximum of 1495 GBP in the High Season. This really is excellent value.
