In the quiet residential area of VALE DA TELHA in the picturesque Costa Vicentina National Park, Western Algarve.
2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom all with portable electric heaters, large wardrobes, bedside tables & lamps and mosquito screens at windows.
The family bathroom has bath with shower over & shower screen. Toilet, wash hand basin, bidet.
The shower room has enclosed corner shower, bidet & wash hand basin.
Both bathrooms have mosquito screens at the windows. Shaver sockets, large mirrors, portable electric radiators & hairdryers.
Large open plan kitchen/lounge/dining room.
Lounge has 2 patio doors leading out to the gardens. 2-3 seater settees. Satellite TV with surround sound. DVD player & films. Open log burning fireplace. Dining table & chairs.
Portable electric heaters. Sofa bed.
Kitchen is fully equipped with large fridge/freezer, electric oven, gas hob, washing machine, microwave, electric kettle,
coffee percolator,iron/ironing board. Dishwasher
Towels for kitchen/bathroom.
Towels are provided for round the pool.
All bedlinen, tea towels etc.
Bed linen will be changed after 7 days if holiday is for more than 1 week.
The villa is fully valeted at the end of each occupancy.
In the garden there is a 8m x 4m private swimming pool with pool shower and sun loungers.
A tiled Portuguese table & 2 benches are sited next to the BBQ.
Pets are not allowed.
SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED IN THE VILLA.
The area is great for walking, fishing, swimming, cycle riding,tennis, horse riding, surfing, bird watching etc. The best quiet, safe, sandy beaches in Western Algarve.
There are 2 small but well stocked supermarkets and several small bars and restaurants within 10 minutes walk of the villa.
The nearest town is Aljezur a great place to look round the remains of the ancient castle. There are banks, post office, surf shop,and a variety of grocery/fruit & veg. shops and restaurants. A fabulous indoor market, selling local fresh vegetables,fruits, fresh fish, bread, cheeses etc.
20 mins drive away is the very interesting and much larger town of Lagos with a large harbour.
A must is a drive up the to Monchique, where you will drive up the eucalyptus-scented mountains, but choose a sunny day to enjoy the fantastic views, down as far as the Atlantic.

The weekly rates are for 6 people occupancy.
If smaller groups wish to contact us we can quote a smaller fee.
There is a sofa bed in the lounge. If this is used an additional charge of €50 per person per week will be added.
A 30% deposit is payable on confirmation of booking. Balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to holiday. The deposit will not be refunded if holiday is cancelled. An insurance to cover such an eventuality is recommended.
