The beautiful traditional fishing village of Carvoeiro is only 3 mins drive away with its sandy beach and many restaurants where you can try the catch of the day!! The apartment is situated in an elevated position with fabulous sea views. Situated in a small private condominium of just 20 apartments set around a communal swimming pool, with separate childrens pool, within beautiful landscaped gardens. Private terrace and separate roof terrace with built in BBQ area and spectacular sea views. Air conditioned large lounge/diner with fireplace and patio doors leading to terrace. 2 twin bedrooms ,1 en-suite, both with fitted wardrobes, fully fitted and equipped kitchen. Sleeps 5 + 1 infant in cot.

The Algarve has become synonymous with golf hence can boast some of the best courses available most of which can be reached by car in under an hour. The closest are Pinta and Gramacho at the Pestana complex approximately three minutes drive away and Vale de Milho eight minutes drive away. Tennis is available at the Carvoeiro Clube de Tenis adjacent to the apartment where there is also a scuba diving school. The beaches of Albufeira, thirty minutes drive away, and Praia Grande at Feragudo offer water sports facilities, the latter being a popular windsurfing venue.

Above tariffs are per week for the accommodation only for up to 5 people + 1 infant but inclusive of utility charges, bed and bathroom linen and maid service once a week with a weekly change of linen. Additional day’s maid service could be arranged at additional cost. Welcome packs can be arranged from 15 Euros payable locally. A non refundable deposit of £150 per week is required at the time of confirming a reservation with the balance becoming payable no later than eight weeks prior to departure.  Changeover day is flexible depending on existing reservations. Long stay tariffs can be tailored to suit individual requirements
