Casa Vida is a new, attractive, family villa comprising of 3 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom with air-conditioning/heating and en suite facilities. (A further double bedroom, a single bedroom and a bathroom are situated on another level.) The villa has many modern appliances, a games room, Sky TV, filtered drinking water, electric security shutters, private gardens and pool and many more features that will make your holiday both enjoyable and memorable.

The large patio/terrace area, with built in brick BBQ is perfect for alfresco dining, chilling and sunbathing. Along with the beautifully landscape private gardens, there is a large 10 x 5m pool, a separate 3 x 3m children’s pool and outdoor shower facilities.

Casa Vida offers security by electric window shutters and an alarm system to the property.

There is a roof terrace which boasts fantastic 360 degree views and also offers a very secluded spot for sunbathers.

The Games room is situated on the lower level and consists of a pool table and a football games machine.

Just 2km from the centre of the old town and the famous fisherman’s beach, Clube Albufeira is the ideal location for those looking for a holiday with all the necessary facilities and attractions yet away from the tourist hustle and bustle.

Car hire is not necessary as a courtesy bus runs twice daily from the clube to the centre of Albufeira, only 2km away, taxis are very cheap and bus service cheap, efficient and very reliable.  But then again when the villa has everything you need and the complex so much too offer, with 4 pools (one heated during the winter), 4 bars/restaurants, (great entertainment in peak season) and full use of the camping Albufeira why bother going anywhere?

Just over 5mins drive away is the ALGARVE shopping centre with its hypermarket, numerous shops, cinema, bowling and restaurants. Many of the Algarves most spectacular beaches and nature reserves (Salgados) are also within easy driving distance.

There are four swimming pools on the complex (one which is heated during the winter months), four snack bars and the  fabulous 'O'Pavillhao' restaurant, which offers snacks during the day and 'a la carte' meals in the evenings. During the summer there is also a weekly BBQ every Tuesday and Wednesday.

Local activities include cycling, fishing, golf, horse riding, mountain biking, swimming, tennis, walking.

Activities on the site are a pool table, football game machine and crazy golf. Tennis is also available at the nearby Camping Albufeira.

Normally Saturday arrival, but we aim to be flexible and match your requirements where we can.

Payment in pounds sterling.
Payment accepted by cheque or bank transfer.  

Deposit 15% with balance due 6weeks before arrival date.  
(Deposit forfeited if booking cancelled within 8 weeks of departure). £400 security deposit against possible damage etc, refunded after inspection and cleaning.

Villa available from 3pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00 on day of departure, (again we can be flexible).
