This ground floor end of terrace unit comprises of a large lounge diner (containing a sofa bed and dining table to seat six), plus a fully equipped kitchen.
There is one twin bedroom with additional 3rd bed and one double bedroom with en-suite facilities, plus additional bathroom.
There is a patio BBQ area accessible via the lounge and master bedroom leading on to landscaped gardens.
The apartment is equipped with TV, VCR, DVD player, CD player, games console (PS2) and clock-alarms, electric cooker, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, citrus press, toaster and washing machine.
The apartment is set back from and overlooking the main areas of Clube Albufeira and is just two minutes walk from the three large pools, restaurant (open all year) and two snack bars.
Just 2km from the centre of the old town and famous fisherman’s beach, Clube Albufeira is the ideal location for those looking for a holiday with all the necessary facilities and attractions yet away from the tourist hustle and bustle.
There are two supermarkets and take away food outlets close by and the use of the nearby camping Albufeira facilities give that added attraction.
Car hire is not necessary as a courtesy bus runs twice daily from the clube to the centre of Albufeira, only 2km away, taxis are very cheap and bus service cheap, efficient and very reliable. But then again when the apartment has everything you need and the complex so much too offer, with 3 pools (one heated during the winter), 3 bars/restaurants, (great entertainment in peak season) and full use of the camping Albufeira why bother going anywhere?
Just over 5mins drive away is the ALGARVE shopping centre with its hypermarket, numerous shops, cinema, bowling and restaurants. Many of the Algarves most spectacular beaches and nature reserves (Salgados) are also within easy driving distance.
There are three swimming pools on the complex (one which is heated during the winter months), Three snack bars and the fabulous 'O'Pavillhao' restaurant, which offers snacks during the day and 'a la carte' meals in the evenings. During the summer there is also a weekly BBQ every Tuesday and Wednesday.
Local activities include cycling, fishing, golf, horse riding, mountain biking, swimming, tennis, walking.
Activities on the site are a pool table, football game machine and crazy golf. Tennis is also available at the nearby Camping Albufeira.

Payment in pounds sterling or euro equivalent. Payment accepted by cheque or bank transfer. Deposit £100 (£200 for July/August bookings) with balance due 6weeks before arrival date.
(Deposit forfeited if booking cancelled within 8 weeks of departure). £100 security deposit (cheque) against possible damage etc, returned after inspection and cleaning.

Apartment available from 3pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by 12 noon on day of departure, (again we can be flexible).
